The latest LALIZAS SOLAS/MED-MER/TC Compact lifejacket complies with the latest LSA Code amendments: MSC.554(108), MSC.563(108) and MSC.544(107), applicable from 01/01/2026.
This series of SOLAS Compliant Compact LALIZAS Foam Folding Lifejackets are fully compliant with the new regulations [IMO Resolutions, L.S.A. Code as amended by 207(81), 218(82), and MSC 81(70), MSC.200(80), MSC. 226(82), MSC. 323(89), MSC. 368(93) & MSC. 378(93)], which are mandatory for all lifejackets used on board EU flagged vessels.
Driven by regulation changes for lifejacket accessibility on cruise ships, and customer demand for reduced bulk and improved storage options, LALIZAS has designed the lifejacket “Compact” to best service these needs.
- Compliant to the latest IMO amendments MSC.554(108), MSC.563(108) and MSC.544(107) for SOLAS-approved lifejackets
- SOLAS/MED-MER/TC approved (TC approval applies only on codes 72214 & 72215)
- Provides improved storage options due to its significantly reduced volume and easy-stack profile
- Available in two different colors, orange for passengers (adult and child sizes) and yellow for crew (adult size) allowing passengers to easily identify them in case of emergency.
- Child size in yellow is available for special cases upon request.
