Shipping & Returns

Poco Marine will ship your item(s) usually within 1-5 days with the exception of back ordered items. If a product is not available within this time period, you will be notified of the delay and also given an estimated delivery time. We will endeavour to provide you with efficient and courteous service.

Due to the exceptional number of orders, phone calls and emails we are experiencing, there may be delays in proccesing your order or returning calls and emails. 

Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. When the item(s) have shipped, you will be notified, with a tracking number.

Canadian Customers
The majority of our shipments within Canada will ship using Canada Post Expedited service. You may want to choose a faster method of shipping or other shipping options, such as Priority service. Additional standard shipping fees will apply.

US Customers
The majority of our shipments within the United States will ship using US Postal Service or UPS. You may want to choose a faster method of shipping or other shipping options, such as Priority service. Additional standard shipping fees will apply.

Overseas Customers
Our sales staff will contact you with a shipping quotation if there’s insufficient shipping fee for the order.

Remote Shipping Destinations
Some remote destinations do not qualify for Free or flat Rate shipping to these destinations require “Air Staging” Additional shipping costs may apply. A list of these Air Stage Offices are available at

Free or Flat Rate Shipping
Most of the items on our webstore will ship for a low flat rate of $15.95, $12.95 or $9.95 depending on the size of the product and delivery zone. Some products that are heavy or bulky may not qualify for free or flat rate shipping, this will be indicated on the products page.

Return Policy
Products purchased at may be returned within 30 days for the day of purchase, ( with the exception of certain products listed below. All returned items must be new and unused in original packaging with all accessories. All product returns and exchanges must have prior approval. Please ask customer service for RMA form ( return merchandise authorization) a 10% restocking fee may be applied.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Dated products such as sealants
  • Opened software, Digital Charts etc.
  • Re-Manufactured or Newly-Overhauled Products
  • Clearance Items

Defective Items
If a product is defective and within the 30 day return period, please contact our staff and the product manufacturer to verify the defect . We will test the product for defects upon return to us. If the product proves not to be defective, the product will be returned to you at your own expense. After the 30 day return period please contact the products manufacturer directly for repair.

If you choose to exchange the product for something else, you may do so, just place the new order and ask for a return request for the original item. Return the new unused item in its original packaging, with all accessories. When we receive the item, we will credit back the full purchase price, less the shipping cost.
