Dometic CCX189 Series Xtreme Control Cables have a patented splined core for smoother control without sacrificing precision. The HDPE outer casing offers durability and excellent resistance to UV and chemicals. This CCX189 series cable is a replacement for Mercury Gen II premium cables.
Stainless steel and brass fittings. Fits Mariner/Mercury/Mercruiser and other engines using Mercury 2003-date 4000 series controls. TFXtreme cables feature a splined-core for easy movement and minimum lost motion (4″ min. bend radius). Specifically designed for complex and/or long cable runs, but they will allow any control to operate more easily with less drag and wear.
